🏆 Time to celebrate with the much-awaited DERCember Cup 2023!
🏁 DeRacers, prepare your horses for 9 tournaments across different surfaces and distances: have fun on the racetrack and win spectacular prizes.
But here’s the twist, we’ve segmented the tournaments for a more balanced and competitive environment:
Gen 0 category. 3 tournaments for the rare Gen 0 horses on Turf 2F, Synthetic 9F & Dirt 15F.
Gen 1 category. 3 tournaments for the Gen 1 horses on Turf 15F, Synthetic 2F & Dirt 9F.
Juvenile Club. 3 tournaments for horses with fewer than 500 races on Turf 9F, Synthetic 15F & Dirt 2F.

🥇 50% of the DERC entry fee pool, 80 $USDC, Opie NFT & the coveted DERCember Cup Trophy x9
🥈 30% of the DERC entry fee pool, 40 $USDC & a Liquid Love NFT x9

📅 Race Schedule
Registration opens: December 21, 10AM UTC
Turf tournaments for all categories (2F, 9F, 15F): starting December 24, 8AM UTC
Synthetic tournaments for all categories (2F, 9F, 15F): starting December 25, 8AM UTC
Dirt tournaments for all categories (2F, 9F, 15F): starting December 26, 8AM UTC
Each Tournament will feature Qualifiers, Semifinals, and Finals all in one day, one after the other!
📝 Rules of Participation:
Registration: starting Dec 21, 10AM UTC, simply register your horse/s directly on the platform under the ‘Tournaments’ tab. Players can register both their owned horses as well as rented horses.
Entry Fee: 10 $DERC per tournament
Stages: 3 stages in total: Qualifiers, Semi-finals, and Finals, each with 3 rounds and short 1-minute breaks between the races.
Advancement: Horses with the best average time automatically (no need to accept the invites) progress to the next stage.
Real-Time Updates: Stay in the loop with live leaderboards after each round and stage.
Open Entry: No limit on the number of horses entering. More horses, more excitement!
Note: for this event, we will allow participants to simultaneously register their horses in multiple tournaments.
