To redeem your DeRace NFT horse ticket, first you need to withdraw it from Binance NFT to your Metamask wallet (BSC network). You can find the NFT withdrawal instructions here: https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/a2fb25696162460f9379c0ba43c5c622
All the DeRace NFT horse tickets will be redeemed for generation 0 NFT horses of the corresponding tier. Other horse features such as looks, gender, breed etc. will be generated randomly and cannot be chosen in advance. Once the NFT horse ticket is redeemed it cannot be exchanged back to the ticket.
Important note: it may take up to 48 hours for the horse to appear in your wallet, please be patient.
How will the ticket exchange mechanism work?
Follow these simple steps to exchange your ticket to DeRace NFT horse:
- Go to https://www.derace.com and press Ticket Redeem button on the main page or https://exchange.derace.com
- Choose the Binance DERCember option and press “Please log in”
3. Connect your Metamask wallet and choose the ticket you want to exchange
4. Choose the receiver wallet address where your new NFT horse will be sent to
Note: The wallet address needs to be Polygon (MATIC)
5. Agree with the terms and conditions
6. Confirm ticket transfer
Note: Do not close the main window while approving the transaction on MetaMask. Closing it might result in a failed transaction.
Congratulations, you have now initiated the NFT horse ticket exchange process. Your DeRace NFT horse will appear in the provided receiver wallet address within 24–48 hours under the Matic mainnet network.
